Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love your jewellery. Here's how returns and cancellations work at Angelic Jewels.

Returns (after delivery)

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. After this window, orders are no longer eligible.
Once we approve your request, please send the item back to our store. The refund is issued only after we receive the item and our team verifies it — as a silver jewellery house, every returned piece is checked for genuineness.
Refunds cover the price of the returned items only. Shipping and gift-wrap charges are non-refundable. The refund is made to your original payment method.

You can request to cancel an order any time before it is delivered, from your Orders page. Every cancellation is reviewed by our team.
If your order has already been dispatched, the item must first come back to our store and be verified before the refund is issued — the same process as a return.
As with returns, the refund covers the item price only (shipping and gift-wrap excluded) and is made to your original payment method.
